Mukesh Ambani's 'Antilla' is the Most Expensive house in the world



Mukesh Ambani's new house 'Antilla' at Altamount Road of Mumbai is currently the worlds most expensive house costing at Rupees 4000 crores and will be 173 metres tall. Normally 173 metres is the equivalent of a 60 storeyed tower, but in this case each floor is more than twice the height of a normal floor and as a result the building will only have 27 floors when completed.

Antilla is the world's first billion dollar house. The house is approximately 550 feet high and 4,00,000 square feet interior space house has been designed after consultation with Dallas and Los Angeles based architecture firms. Antilla would be the future home of Mukesh Ambani and wife Nita Ambani along with their three children and the unique thing about the house is no floors in Antilla are alike. Each floor has a different layout, material and design.

Some of the most absurb facts about the house - It has 3 helipads on top,Hanging gardens within the structure, Swimming pool within the structure, A two storey Health centre, Parking space for 168 cars on 6 floors, a floor is exclusively for servicing these automobiles within the building, a floor for Home theatre with sitting capacity of 50 people and the house will have a staff of 600 to do the maintenance activities.The 27 storey house consist of the parking lot begins the living space with nine elevators in their lobby. The house also boasts of a silver colored railing large ballroom with 80 percent of its ceiling covered with crystal chandeliers and four storey open garden.

The Antilla is being built for Reliance Industries Ltd and the Ambani family who own the company. Mukesh Ambani family will going to be shift to this new house before Diwali.
