ICC will try to Convince BCCI for using UDRS system for the upcoming series with South Africa.


ICC Chief Executive Haroon Lorgat was present with other officials of ICC and Indian Cricketer Ajit Agarkar in a press conference in a collaboration with MoneyGram International who has signed a long-term sponsorship agreement with the International Cricket Council (ICC).On this Occasion ICC CEO, Haroon spoke about the the use of the Umpire Decision Review System (UDRS) for the upcoming Test series between India and South Africa. India did not use UDRS in the recent two-test series against Australia, while South Africa is trying to convince BCCI for its use when the South Africa host a three-test series starting in December.

While speaking to the Media Haroon Lorgat said,"Discussions will go on between Cricket South Africa (CSA) and BCCI whether to use UDRS System or not and CSA will make a decision by consulting with BCCI and we would leave it to both the teams to come to an understanding for using UDRS system or not." There is a shortage of technical equipments in Indian cricket and we will try to resolve this problem with BCCI" he added.
On the Other side, International Cricketer Ajit Agarkar said,"Pressure and expectations are higher while India will play at home but India team will play Normal"
