Bollywood Actress Mallika Sherawat was present at the Navratri Utsav for promoting her new flick Hisss. Mallika was dancing in a Nagin style at Navratri festival and also speaking about the relation of her character Nagin in the film with Navratri. Mallika upcoming flick 'Hisss' is going to release on October 15 and the film was directed by Jennifer Lynch.
While Speaking to the Media,Mallika Sherawat said,"there is a relation between snake(nagin) and Navratri as without music Navratri would not be possible and even Nagin can't dance without music". She also said,"I have came here to learn and play dandiya and also wear a navratri dress so that i could dance in Navratri . Mallika also taught the unique Step of her nagin style to the Navratri dancers. While Asking the question about her character Nagin in the film Hisss,she adds," Nagin is an indian story,its an Indian folklore and there is no film has been made on nagin from last 24 years in India."
