Former IPS Officer and Advocate, Y P Singh along with RTI Activist,Krishnraj Rao have detailed about the frauds of the Adarsh Society Housing Scam and exposed the at a Press Conference in Mumbai. According to Y.P. Singh,the case has been filed on Adarsh Housing Society Scam in Anti Corruption Bureau and If there is no respond with in 48 hours then further steps would be taken.
While Speaking to the Media, Krishnraj Rao said,"Maharashtra Information Commissioner Ramanand Tiwari has played a main role in the Adarsh Housing Society Scam and he also made other politicians to be a part of the Adarsh Housing Society ,"
On the other side Y P Singh said that Ramanand Tiwari who is a (former Bureaucrat and Information commissioner of the state) has been involved in Adarsh Society scam and played a key role in fraudalent of Adarsh Society. Along with Tiwari, Sushil Kumar Shinde and Vilas Rao Deshmukh were also been a part of Adarsh Society scam on the basis of our reports.He also said,"The place where Adarsh Society is erected is a place which comes under costal regulatory zone and without concerning to the departments of CRZ and Environmental Department, tiwari had unlawfully built a 31 storey building." He also added,"The Adarsh Scam was started during the tenure of Vilashrao Deshmukh Government in 2002 and many other ministers have been a part of this scam. We have filed a FIR on Adarsh Society Scam at Maharashtra State Anti Corruption Bureau and if the ACB will not respond with in 48 hours then we would take further steps."
